1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Mehmet Armanç Korkmaz ("Company," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of Flux Tracker and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Flux Tracker helps users track subscriptions and free trials by analyzing receipt emails and user-provided subscription data. Core features include subscription detection, manual subscription management, and renewal/trial reminders.

Flux Pro paid features are provided through Apple In-App Purchases.

4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of your parent or legal guardian, and your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND TRIALS
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Billing is handled by Apple. We do not directly process card payments.

Any free-trial period and plan pricing are shown in-app at the time of purchase and may vary by offer.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Subscriptions are canceled through Apple, not inside the app.

How to cancel (iPhone/iPad):
1) Open Settings.
2) Tap your Apple ID.
3) Tap Subscriptions.
4) Select Flux subscription.
5) Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.

Cancellation stops future renewals and generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with service security.
- Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without authorization.
- Sell, transfer, or assign your account/profile.
- Use automated scripts/bots to access the Services in violation of applicable limits.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal use, subject to these Terms.

9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that reminders will always be delivered on time under all conditions.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
- USD 100.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days from written notice.

If unresolved, disputes will be finally settled by binding arbitration in İzmir, Turkey, in English, before one arbitrator.

If arbitration is found unenforceable for a specific dispute, competent courts in Turkey will have jurisdiction for that dispute.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
